The Cervicothoracic region is a commonly treated area by Soft Tissue Therapists and having a better understanding of the anatomy, the biomechanics/assessments can lead to better treatment plans and better outcomes for your clients. This is a hands-on workshop.
This program is designed to give participants a better understanding of:
- Scapulo-humeral Rhythm
- Medially rotated gleno-humeral joint
- Mobilising of the ANS
- Thoracic extension
- Kyphosis and its effect on the cervical spine
- How a posteriorly rotated pelvis effect the cervical spine
- Fascial connections
- Sub-Talar joint dysfunction and chronic headaches
- The importance of referral options
