Mind Body Wellbeing
We are living in challenging times. Many of us are being tested on numerous levels involving health, family, work, and our own value systems are being tested. As carers more than often people are drawn to us for guidance and direction, hoping to find answers, and a sense of stability and internal comfort. In this workshop we will explore ways for you to stay grounded and present. We will develop different tools to assist you to remain authentic and to be of service firstly to yourself and then to others. We will look at ways to enhance your own emotional intelligence and internal wisdom and ways to master self-regulation through mindfulness.
