Your attention to the following will ensure clinics run smoothly.

Cancellations no later than 4pm, day before booking to allow time to find replacement.
Clients who do not attend their booked appointment or fail to cancel their booking by 4pm the day before will be required to pay cancellation fee ($10) as well as the normal clinic charge at their next booked clinic. We appreciate your understanding as when there are "no shows" students are unable to gain their required clinical practice & other clients miss out.
Clients who have had any significant surgery will be required to wait 10wks or present a Dr’s certificate of consent prior to receiving massage.
CASH PREFERRED and the correct money appreciated.
Appropriate underwear must be worn.
4 treatments for $100 only applies when $100 is prepaid in advance of booked date, is non-transferable, is for the use of 1 person only and must be completed within 6 weeks of purchase. Valid at Charmhaven and Warners Bay.
Some treatments require pre-payment in advance. Payment must be made within 4 days of clinic booking. Other conditions apply, please contact the Centre for details.
