Course Outline
What you will learn in the training	To enhance your understanding of injuries and their treatment we highly recommend the Sports Massage elective. Learn effective pre- and post-event massage techniques to promote speed, endurance and prevention of injury, and maintenance / conditioning massage for use between sports events to help bring about full recovery. Develop your skills to assess and recognise signs and symptoms of common sports injuries and develop effective treatment options. Understand principals of training and how they effect the muscular and skeletal systems of the body.
