SACRO WEDGY / TREAT PIRIFORMIS, PSOAS WORKSHOP
This workshop will focus on conditions that are affected by these 2 important muscles, Piriformis and Psoas which are often the cause of many lower back, sacral and hip abnormalities. The workshop will also introduce the Sacro Wedgy, the latest therapeutic tool for assisting to stabilise the sacrum and re-educate the lower torso in regard to correct positioning. The Sacro Wedgy isolates, cradles and elevates only the sacrum. With the sacrum elevated, gravity helps the hip drop and relaxes the piriformis muscle and sciatic nerve. You will learn advanced techniques to enhance your treatments.
