REJUVENATION / DETOX MASSAGE
Every day we ingest toxins from the food we eat and the air we breath. Our body also creates internal toxins, for instance bi-products of the stress response, inflammation, etc. Toxicity is of much greater concern in this century than at any other time. We are also affected by environmental contamination such as lead and heavy metals which are released into the atmosphere and either inhaled directly or ingested after being deposited on crops or in water and soil.
The detox massage workshops will introduce techniques to assist in the elimination of toxins through using techniques that stimulate blood, lymphatic and energetic flow and will improve health whether accompanied by a detox diet or not. This new course introduced by SIBT will introduce a new modality for practitioners to offer their clients and will also create a health response in those who participate.
