The training will introduce you to a range of bodywork skills and techniques to work with habitual patterns and negative attitudes held in the tissues of the body. The class environment is safe and supportive as you receive and learn to work with integrative bodywork techniques that will create energetic movement and positive change. You will learn how and when to use the techniques appropriately and how to facilitate bodymind integration.
You will gain an understanding and expand your conscious awareness about the body and the amazing way we embody experience. You will gain deeper knowledge and clarity about the connection between energy, emotions, breath and how we limit ourselves in the world by our beliefs, attitudes and muscular holdings. The only way to learn to truly connect and be present while giving this life enhancing style of body work is by receiving it. The actual experience of getting to know who you are and how you have created your character will evolve during the training and will be your best teacher.
The body speaks the truth. Our history is embodied in our tissues. Working at this level facilitates enormous personal growth and awareness and provides massage practitioners with real tools to evoke positive change in others.
