Reflexology Modality |
Reflexology is an easy, accessible, wholistic technique applied on hands and feet, with the purpose to relieve stress and tension, improve blood suppy and nerve impulses and raise the equilibrium (homeostasis). Reflexology can be used by itself or in combination with other therapies for relief of most common conditions.
The aim of this course is to help you acquire a fuller understanding of the theory, benefits and techniques of Reflexology Therapy and assist you to develop the necessary skills to become an effective Reflexologist. For this purpose the course will be structured around the body systems, the structure and mechanics of the foot, the Metamorphic Technique and Auriculotherapy (Reflexology of the ear).
