The house is situated 5 minutes drive from the School's head office at Charmhaven and is ideal for students from distant locations wishing to complete intensive courses, weekend workshops or clinic requirements.

The property provides access to the lake edge for boat, canoe or kayaking. You will be surrounded by water and trees and wonderful birdlife abound. The house can accomodate up to 8 people with separate living areas, large sundreched sunroom moving out on to rear private deck. This home incorporates everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, tandem garage, plenty of out door living upstairs or down, fully fenced and convieniently located right on the lake front with stunning views. Only a 10 minute drive to some of the best Central Coasts beaches on offer, ideal for swimming and surfing. While you are there, treat yourself to a massage with one of Lake Spa's fully qualified practitioner (by pre appointment).
