HOW CAN POSITIONAL RELEASE
HELP YOUR ACHES & PAINS

This gentle but effective form of bodywork, can effectively assist you by

-REDUCING YOUR PAIN, DECREASING YOUR DISCOMFORT
-INCREASING YOUR MOBILITY PROVIDING YOU WITH FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT
-ENHANCING YOUR AWARENESS ALLOWING YOU TO MAKE GOOD CHOICES TO ' HEALTH YOURSELF"

Positional Release is gentle but powerful and enhances and compliments most treatments. It is effective when used to assist release your tight or contracted muscles, restoring your normal function to tissues and nerves.

Positional Release, does not use force, but rather subtle promptings to guide your body along it’s path to healing.
It can also correct your structural imbalances - as your muscles and fascia are returned to their normal resting length your function is improved.
In contrast to more direct and strong treatments, Positional Release respects your bodies need to retreat, retract and protect itself after trauma and/or strain, by honouring your intrinsic instinct. Your body is given the opportunity to achieve a deeper and more lasting balance. Positional Release can be blended with other manual therapies in a wide variety of contexts and conditions.

I find in most cases that an area that may be virtually too painful to touch, can be assessed and released without causing you pain or discomfort, allowing you will feel results soon after your treatment. Your muscular areas that may have been unresponsive to other treatments, often respond to Positional Release because it changes your neurology or your nerve patterning that can hold your muscles in a shortened and tight position.

It’s a great technique, that has proven results for many of my clients. I can integrate this great technique for you into a remedial massage treatment, delivering a powerful and effective outcome for you.
